KPDCL does not issue direct refunds for online payments made towards electricity services. In the event of an overpayment or duplicate payment, the excess amount will automatically be adjusted against future electricity bills.
Any excess payment made by the customer will automatically be credited to the customer's
account at KPDCL and applied to future bills. Customers can view the adjusted amount on
their upcoming bills and account statements through the KPDCL online portal at:
